  • Project management of 150,000 sq. ft. new build HQ in Berkshire; linked to the rationalisation of the entire property portfolio for this FTSE 100 Company. Project management of the HQ move, representing the client in all aspects of the project and working closely with external advisors. Work included scoping and defining, including work place strategy, pre- acquisition technical due diligence, agreement to lease negotiations. Appointment of all external teams. Monitoring of the base build construction as client representative and overseeing Cat A and B design procurement and physical relocation and defects management.
  • Technical and project management support to in-house FM team undertaking various plant replacement projects for comms rooms, standby generator and building HVAC plant all in live buildings.
  •  Project management of a 30,000sq.ft Northern HQ for advertising company; project managing fit-out, interfacing with external design, procurement and cost management teams and contractors.
  • Project management of the design and build for 118247 call centre in South Wales;
  • Acting as interim facilities management and project management for Housing Association including the design and build of new regional server room in live building.
  • Facilities management consultancy services to advise healthcare client on tendering and procurement of FM contract.
                                               
  • Client representative and project manager undertaking due diligence for acquisition of three multi tenanted office blocks in East London. Project managing refurbishment and upgrading services and internal finishes to achieve rental uplift and substantial uplift in capital value on sale to institutional investor.
  • Project management of design and build fit-out of 10,000sq.ft marketing suite in existing fully occupied building.
  • Project management for redevelopment of offices and industrial warehouse to 9 apartments. Appointment of all external advisors, planning application, public exhibition, and following granting of pp, managing 12-month design and build contract and sale of all finished apartments in South West London.
  • Project management of planning application and client representative for redevelopment of Grade II listed building to A3 ground and basement and 5 award winning apartments.
